Purpose of Project

Update 2004 Area G Mesh. Convert coordinate system from Stereo Polar to State Plane NAD83 meters.
The 2004 Mesh is described as: Build mesh in the vacinity of Area G that will have external boundaries coincident with Espanola Basin SZ flow model and will not have any variable refinement in volume below source areas so that particle tracking methods will work well.
