Version 2 Prism Meshes: 10 Materials 30 meters Deep

These are based on Version 1 stacked meshes, but with additional layers and 30 meter depth.
Mesh quality measurements are reported during the LaGriT run and found in mesh.out.txt
Mesh median points are checked to make sure they are all inside the mesh.
For these versions:

TOP soil thickness 1.0 meter
10 materials 30 meters deep with sublayers
facesets: 1=bottom 2=top 3=right 4=back 5=left 6=front

Version 1 Prism Meshes: 3 Materials with top 1 meter

These first versions use stack workflow to build cells with a modest aspect ratio of horizontal to vertical spacing. Layers are translated from a top surface of with various triangulations. The layers are stacked and filled with prism elements. Resulting mesh is output in Exodus II and AVS formats.
Mesh quality measurements are reported during the LaGriT run and found in mesh.out.txt
Mesh median points are checked to make sure they are all inside the mesh.
For these versions:

TOP thickness 1.0 meter
materials: 1=top 2=soil 3=deep
sublayers: 1m spacing
facesets: 1=bottom 2=top 3=right 4=back 5=left 6=front

Stack 4 Layers
  Material surfaces at -1.0 -9.0 and bottom flat 2745 meters
  8 Sublayers in middle material with 1m spacing
  6 Sublayers in bottom material with .4 to 1.7m spacing
