Design Criteria:

Create a subset of the full Los Alamos Canyon model
Keep the node numbering the same so material zone lists, etc. are not changed

This mesh is a subset of the full Los Alamos canyon mesh
created by Marc Witkowski located in directory,
/scratch/stoshu1/Witk/Lacanyon/2000/Grid_gen/Lac2000_3Dv1

The full mesh has min/max xyz coordinates of:

This reduced subset has changed the bottom of the mesh
from 960.0 to 1610.0. The ymin/ymax are not changed.

You will only use three new files:

lac2000_3Dv1_subset.stor
lac2000_3Dv1_subset.fehmn
lac2000_3Dv1_subset_outside.zone

ALL the other zone lists from the full mesh should
be the same. The node numbers have not changed. What
you will find is that lac2000_3Dv1_subset.fehmn
still has 468284 nodes, however only 136535 nodes
appear in the tet connectivity lists, and only 136535 nodes
are referenced in the stor file coefficient lists.
