Zone Version v1f October 31 2018

Change OBS to TSB and TB aproximate locations
Materials A same as v1e with heater touching salt all sides
Materials B same as v1e with heater touching salt at 2 nodes

Borehole test V1e Same as V1d with full 5 inch heater and new packer zone
Modified to fill 5 inch borehole with the heater zone and add new packer zone.
Packer location from Y= 1.6872 to 1.1792
Borehole air is now 5 inch air.
The heater is located from  y= 2.3876  to 2.5908

The 4 inch air is modified to be 5 inch air.
Modified to shift heater zones so heater sits on salt with 4 nodes.

Modified to shift heater zones forward closer to actual build location
The mesh remains the same, only the heater zone nodes are shifted.

Note: Borehole material is air and is 2m radius along full length regardless of heater.
This was a design mistake, cylinder of borehole radius should change to fit heater.
In this case the borehole (2 inch) is appropriate with the 2 inch heater.
