PROJECT:   LANL / TA-54 Stacked 3D Mesh Vers02

This work is on hold until EP work is started again.

New version mesh has a new triangulated watertable surface based on new Monty watertable. It has corrected x,y locations. The point distribution is better than version 01. This mesh is stacked into sublayers based on the watertable surface and does not have the tb4 surface. The top of mesh is flat with 2 layers above the watertable surface. The result has some negative near 0 ccoefs along the east boundary of the mesh, but no longer has ccoefs along the watertable surface or other areas that impact modeling.

This mesh is in progress. The x,y locations of all wells are inherent in design (2D), but the nodes at screen elevations need to be added and connected. Adding all screen nodes to this mesh results in bad connections where screens are within 5-8 meters distance.
