This is a simple version of the Caldera - Rio mesh domain with 6 stacked surfaces, no refinement layers, single material There are 3 face sets, bottom (1), top (2), and sides (3) There are no 0 volume elements. There are no degenerate elements (0 length edges). This one is just a toy problem. The units could not be set for the simple version, the cell sizes are too big. The 5 materials represent 5 layers defined by input surfaces.
