Attached are the figures from the Earthvision models.  
 
The mesh domain should be:
         X 475200 – 493200 ft
         Y 467100 – 499900 ft
         Z  -1400 –  -12600 ft  elevation, (depth 8100 – 19300 ft)
 
The well location is at X 482800 ft and Y 476300 ft.  The target interval Weber Sandstone at the well location for CO2 injection ranges from -10600 to -11800 ft (elevation) or depth 11300 to 18500 ft in depth.
 
 For starting we may use 100 ft gridding size at the near injection location and then gradually coarsening away from the well.  Let Phil to decide what interval we should be used.
 
Terry, could you please write down the procedures and scripts you used to create this mesh? I deeply appreciated your hard efforts and patience for me.
