Wyoming MOXA Version 02 por and perm values from EV

Three EV models were provided by Wyoming; Labarge3d material zone model, La Barge Porosity, and La Barge Pereability models. The input data for the EV perm and por models were scattered point values with resolutions of aprox 36 x 24 meters. A high res set of points with 32 x 10 meter spacing were extracted with the por and perm values from EV. Note that faults in EV are set to 0. so EV input data not near faults have interpolated values very near the faults. These values are very nearly zero, but are not zero. This is handled by selecting por values greater than .01 and perm values greater than .001 for the upscale method.
